Inactivity Quarantine Procedure
If a station has not sent in data for a substantial length of time, there is a serious possibility that any new data coming from that station could be compromised. To reassure users that the data is still of acceptable quality, a quarantine process will be activated.
- If no data have been received from a station in 60 days, its OC will send a warning email to the station with copies to the other OC, the ASC, and ILRS CB that after 90 days without data (i.e., 30 days after the date of the email), the station will be placed in quarantine.
- After 90 days without data, the OC will send an email to the same recipients formally putting the station into quarantine and sending the station the tracking procedure to be followed during quarantine.
- Please refer to the quarantine procedure.
If there are any questions, please contact your OC or the ILRS CB.
