Resolutions
The following resolutions where made during the workshop
summary session on Friday, October 11:
Motion:
"The attendees of the Thirteenth International Workshop on Laser
Ranging express their deep disappointment that our Chinese and Russian
colleagues were unable to attend the Workshop, and sincerely regret that
U.S. visa problems prevented participation by the full laser ranging community.
The attendees strongly urge organizers for future Workshops to take all
possible measures to avoid these difficulties.

Motion:
"The attendees strongly recommend to locate a laser station at Bangalore,
India to fulfill the vacuum in the SLR global network on the Indian subcontinent.
Bangalore has suitability for SLR and complements systems already there."

Motion:
"The participants in the 13th International Workshop on Laser Ranging
express their deep appreciation to NASA, the Workshop Organizing Committee,
the Program Committee, and Carey Noll for the exemplary planning, organization
and management of this excellent workshop."
